Dr. Lund received a PhD in high-energy nuclear physics at the University of Lund in 1986. Until 1992, he continued to work as a researcher in high-energy nuclear physics in Germany (GSI Darmstadt), the Netherlands (KVI Groningen) and Switzerland (CERN Geneva). In 1992 he joined the Swedish Radiation Protection Authority (SSI). Dr.
